Chesnut Bay is packed full of unique gathering areas for you to enjoy the company of friends and family while visiting Weiss Lake:

Chesnut Bay Outfitters Office & General Store. At the center of the community, Chesnut Bay Outfitters serves as the welcome center for your lake getaway. This will be your first stop to check-in and get a lay of the land. While you are here, the store offers a range of snacks, staples, supplies and Chesnut-themed goodies to take home with you. Adjacent to the store is a picknick pavillion, where many seasonal activities take place.

Children's Treehouse Playground. The Children's Playground at Chestnut Bay offers the ability for youngsters to run, climb, explore and imagine. The playground features multiple slides, countless ways to climb and exploration areas to play. The play area is suitable for toddlers through children under the age of ten.

Chesnut Bay Fish Tales Ampitheatre. Spend an evening under the stars watching a movie, listening to local music, or even attending a wedding. The Chesnut Bay Ampitheatre was designed to bring people together in a relaxed atmosphere. Summer functions include Saturday Movie night, featuring family friendly films that everyone will enjoy. Check with the office for weekly movie schedule during the summer season.

Chesnut Chapel & Picnic Pavilion. Situated in the middle of Chesnut Bay is the Chesnut Chapel and picnic pavilion. The chapel offers an area to get a way, relax and reflect. The picnic pavilion provides covered space that your family and friends can use to gather for a picnic lunch or evening barbeque.

Lakeside Picnic Pavilions. Located at the edge of Weiss Lake, the lakeside picnic pavilions offer a relaxing area near the water to get out of the sun, have a bite to eat, or to simply enjoy the sights and sounds of lake life.

Covered Picnic Pavilion & Swing Park. This area offers another way to get out of the sun or weather to enjoy time with family and friends. The picnic area is in a large open grassy overlook of Weiss Lake and includes two swing sets for the kids to enjoy while you enjoy spending time together.

Godfather's Pizza. Chesnut Bay offers an on-site Godfather's Pizza, located next to the Mushroom Lagoon Pool. Open seasonally, Godfather's provides a range of pizza, sandwich selections and soft drinks. Check with the office for hours of operation.
