This centrally located waterfront home – just steps from the lake, the Mushroom Pool and Sharky’s Bayside Grill – is ideal for a getaway with family and friends. Remodeled in 2018, it has an open floorplan with vaulted ceilings and many upgrades, including a large kitchen island with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The four cozy bedrooms will comfortably sleep eight, and a Queen-size air mattress extends the capacity to 10. The master bedroom features a King bed with lake views, bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. From the large lakefront living and dining space, sliding doors open onto a large, beautifully furnished deck with a sitting area and a dining table. A boat slip at a dock within steps of the home is included with the rental.

Maximum 10 guests. No smoking. No pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.

TERMS
Four night minimum for peak season weekend stay.  Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season.  Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $225 cleaning fee and 13% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.

RATES
$375/night peak season, $290/night off season
