This inviting home sleeps up to six guests and includes two bedrooms, a bunk room, and two bathrooms. With a layout that includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, it’s perfect for families or friends looking to unwind together.
The home features a terrific open floor plan ideal for gatherings, and just off the living room, you’ll find a screened porch—perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day on the lake. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite has its own screened balcony, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Rolling Tide Cottage also offers two driveways—one with covered parking below and another with main floor entry above—for added convenience.
Guests will enjoy amenities including WiFi, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots and pans, kitchen tools, and utensils. The home also includes family games, toys, puzzles, a washer and dryer, vacuum, linens, towels, and a charcoal grill.
While a great place to relax, please note the cottage is limited to a maximum of six guests, and pets and smoking are not allowed. For those with allergies, be aware that the owners do have dogs in the unit during their personal stays.
As part of your stay, you’ll have access to all the amenities of Chestnut Bay Resort. These include two beach areas with chairs and umbrellas, two pools, a basketball court, swingset, free use of kayaks and water bikes, and complimentary mini golf. Plus, guests enjoy discounted admission to the adjacent Pirates Bay Waterpark.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A three-night minimum stay is required for peak season weekends, with a four-night minimum for holidays during peak season. Thanksgiving and Christmas stays also require a minimum of three nights.
