Property Description:

This roomy home features a nautical theme and has a secluded feel, yet is conveniently located to the Villa Pool and a large grassy picnic area and playground. An upper-level deck has seating for 12 with a large patio table, rocking chairs and views of Weiss Lake’s beautiful sunrises. The lower level has a screened room with “no-see-um” mesh. The back porch opens onto the resort’s largest private backyard, a well-shaded space with a covered gas grill, a fire pit and a picnic table.

The upper level has three bedrooms and two baths, including a Queen bed in the lighthouse-themed master bedroom, a Queen bed and seashell theme, and a Queen bed and boating theme. The lower level has two bedrooms and two baths, including a master bedroom with a Queen bed, and three sets of a bunk beds in a space-themed room ideal for children. A wheelchair-accessible bathroom is located on this level. All Queen beds feature Simmons Beautyrest mattresses.

Also on the lower level is a game room with a new video arcade, foosball table, game table, drink refrigerator, Nintendo Wii, TV and DVD player, assorted board games and a new sleeper futon. The upstairs living room has a new leather double recliner. Child-friendly seating includes a high chair that converts into a toddler chair, and a toddler cot.

TERMS
Three night minimum for peak season weekend stay.  Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season.  Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $260 cleaning fee and 13% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night. The owners of this home do not allow pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.

$325/night peak season, $230/night off season
