This home is perfect as a retreat for one or two couples or a small family. It is located just steps from the Mushroom Pool, the beach, and the many opportunities for fun on the lake. The fully equipped kitchen features an oversized granite peninsula and pendant lights and includes handy accessories such as a Keurig coffee maker and a fun frozen drink machine. The living room – which, like the kitchen and dining room, offers great views of the lake – has a leather sofa and loveseat, smart HDTV, DVD player, and an electric fireplace to keep guests warm on cool evenings. Bedrooms are furnished with Queen Beautyrest Silver mattresses, room-darkening shades, and HDTVs. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with toiletries and a hairdryer. The second bathroom offers a tub for those who desire a soaking bubble bath.

Maximum 6 guests. No smoking. No pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.

TERMS
Four night minimum for peak season weekend stay.  Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season.  Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $175 cleaning fee and 13% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.

RATES
$260/night peak season, $205/night off season
