General Guidelines and Policies
CANCELLATIONS:
Lodging: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY-ONE (31) or more days before your arrival date. If you cancel THIRTY (30) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited.
Holidays: We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Rental requires Visa, Mastercard, or American Express – No Cash.
Reservation must be paid in full in order to make confirmed reservations.
GOLF CARTS:
Registered guests must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license present in their possession to drive a golf cart.
Registered guests must keep golf carts on Chesnut Bay Resort property roads at all times.
To help us keep our resort beautiful, please do not drive the carts on the grass.
All golf cart renters are required to sign the Golf Cart Liability Waiver.
Please Note: Prices are subject to change without notice, and all rates are subject to Federal and Local taxes.
If any employee of Chesnut Bay Resort is witness to any misuse of the golf carts, we reserve the right to terminate the rental of the golf cart with no refund.
We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. By selecting the Check Box on The Bookings Check Out Page Guests Agree to Receive Marketing SMS. Guests may receive a SMS prior/during/after their stay with us. Reply STOP to Opt Out.
